In 2017 George Masing purchased this unoccupied pre-engineered building that formally was a furniture warehouse.  Innovative Air’s existing 13th St. office + warehouse no longer had the physical space for all HVAC equipment this supply company sells for new commercial buildings.  A new Administration and Sales Suite was integrated into this tenant improvement.  Included as part of their sales and services, IA does on-site training of their building systems to Contractors.  The Suite accommodates a large training room with live equipment simulation for large gathering sessions.  The large warehouse allows for expanded inventory capabilities which has allowed for IA to expand their business footprint.

Innovative Air relocated their business operations in Spring 2019.
